When you place an order with Simi's Delight Catering, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or concerns about fraudulent activity.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will send you an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been accepted and is being prepared.
During periods of high demand or maintenance, we may temporarily pause accepting new orders. Check our website for current order status.
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We strive to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. These fees are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Payment is due at the time of order placement unless alternative arrangements have been made for large catering events.
All our meals are freshly prepared using high-quality ingredients in a hygienic kitchen environment. We adhere to UK food safety standards and regulations.
If you have any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of ordering. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens as our kitchen handles various ingredients.
Our meals are prepared with traditional Nigerian recipes and may contain common allergens such as fish, shellfish, nuts, and spices.
By Customer: You may cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placement at no charge. After this time, as our chefs may have already begun preparing your meal, cancellations or significant modifications may not be possible. Please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp if you need to make changes.
By Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances such as ingredient unavailability, weather conditions affecting delivery, or technical issues. You will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
Due to the nature of our products (fresh, perishable food), we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality issues, incorrect items, or any other valid concern, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
We will investigate all complaints and may offer:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Photos of the issue may be requested to support your claim.
No refunds will be issued for subjective taste preferences or if you simply changed your mind after receiving the order.
Large catering orders for events require advance booking (minimum 72 hours notice recommended). A deposit may be required for event orders over £200.
Catering orders have different cancellation terms: cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event will receive a partial or full refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event.
