Orders placed before 11 AM within Huddersfield are typically delivered within 72 hours.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver fresh, authentic Nigerian cuisine across Huddersfield and the surrounding West Yorkshire region. Our delivery zones are automatically detected based on your postcode during checkout.

Huddersfield (HD1-HD9 postcodes)

We offer tiered delivery rates based on distance from our kitchen:

  • Central Huddersfield: Up to 2 miles - £6.00 per kg
  • Outer Huddersfield: Up to 5 miles - £2.00 per kg

Outside Huddersfield

  • Nearby Areas (0-5 miles): £3.50 per kg
  • Extended Areas (5+ miles): £5.00 per kg

Note: Extended delivery areas may have longer delivery times. Please contact us if you're unsure about delivery to your location.

2. Delivery Fees

Our delivery fees are calculated based on two factors:

  1. Total Weight: The combined weight of all items in your order (displayed during checkout)
  2. Delivery Zone: Automatically detected from your postcode

Example: A 3kg order to Central Huddersfield would have a delivery fee of 3kg × £6.00 = £18.00

All delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden charges.

Minimum order value: £15.00 (excluding delivery fees)

3. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

Orders placed before 11:00 AM are typically delivered within 72 hours. Orders placed after 11:00 AM might be delivered after 72 hours, depending on order volume (or scheduled for a later date if preferred).

Estimated Delivery Window

  • Huddersfield area: Dependent on distance from kitchen and order volume
  • Outside Huddersfield: Dependent on distance and traffic conditions

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak hours (Friday evenings, weekends) or adverse weather conditions. We will notify you of any significant delays.

4. Pickup Option

Prefer to collect your order? We offer free pickup from our kitchen location in Huddersfield. Simply select "Pickup" during checkout.

6. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • A complete and accurate delivery address
  • A working phone number for contact
  • Any special instructions (e.g., "Ring doorbell twice," "Leave at reception")
  • Building or apartment numbers if applicable

Our drivers will attempt to contact you if they have difficulty finding your location. Please ensure your phone is accessible during the delivery window.

7. Failed Deliveries

If we cannot deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • No one available to receive the order
  • Inability to contact you
  • Access issues to your location

We will attempt to contact you by phone. If we cannot reach you within 10 minutes of arrival, the order will be returned to our kitchen. A redelivery fee may apply, or you can collect the order at no additional charge.

Important: No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer error or unavailability.

8. Food Safety During Delivery

Your food safety is our priority:

  • All meals are packaged in secure, food-safe containers to maintain temperature and prevent spillage
  • Hot meals are delivered hot, typically within 12 hours of preparation
  • We use insulated delivery bags to maintain food temperature during transit
  • Our drivers follow strict hygiene protocols

For food safety, please consume hot meals within 2 hours of delivery. Refrigerate any leftovers promptly.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • Damaged or spilled items
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items

  • Sending a replacement
  • Issuing a partial or full refund
  • Providing credit towards your next order
