Simi's Delight Catering was born from a passion for sharing authentic Nigerian cuisine with the vibrant community of West yorkshire. What started as a small home kitchen has grown into a beloved catering service that brings the rich flavors of Nigeria to tables across Huddersfield.
Our founder, Simi, grew up surrounded by the aromatic spices and traditional cooking methods of Nigerian cuisine. After moving to West yorkshire, she realized there was a deep hunger for authentic, home-style Nigerian food that reminded people of their roots and introduced others to the incredible diversity of Nigerian flavors.
Today, we continue to honor traditional recipes while adapting to modern tastes and dietary needs. Every dish we prepare is made with fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and the love and care that makes Nigerian food so special.
